Silver Pine Funds is a private equity real estate fund focused on investing in current market conditions in both commercial and residential real estate. Our Fund pursues a strategy of acquiring and marketing distressed, residential and commercial opportunities in markets with solid long‐term fundamentals.

![]() | Richard Dix Mr. Dix has 18 years of experience in homebuilding, real estate development, manufacturing, and general entrepreneurial ventures. Mr. Dix most recently served as the Mountain West Area President for Pulte Homes (NYSE: PHM) where he was responsible for managing over $1 billion in capital, over $1 billion in revenue annually and over 3,000 units per year. Mr. Dix has operated in four regions of the country including serving as President of Pulte Homes/Del Webb for Dallas/Fort Worth where he was awarded the Dallas Business Journal Residential Deal of the Year in 2005. He has overseen every aspect of Real Estate Development and Homebuilding Operations including Land Acquisition, Land Disposition, Land Development, Entitlement, Construction, Finance, Purchasing, Customer Relations, Home Sales, Marketing, Mortgage, Segmentation and Product Design. Mr. Dix was responsible for a complex business with projects that included one of the largest Del Webb communities in the nation, Active Adult, Traditional, Attached, Detached and Multi‐Family, Golf Course Development, Large Amenity Projects and the managing of 60+ communities annually ranging from 100 to 5,000 lots. Mr. Dix holds a BBA from Baylor University.

![]() | Justin Bono Mr. Bono has 10 years experience in the real estate, homebuilding and development business. Mr. Bono started his career with Arthur Andersen working with clients in various industries with a heavy emphasis on real estate. He served as Controller and VP of Finance of Pulte Homes' Dallas/ Fort Worth division managing all financial responsibilities for an operation with over $250 million in revenue and 1,500 closings per year. He later was promoted to VP of Operations for Pulte Homes' Houston division serving as the top local manager for the sales, construction, customer relations, and purchasing functions. Mr. Bono most recently served as President and CEO for Dubose Model Homes managing a model home and residential land portfolio in excess of $150 million. In this role, he managed over 20 partnerships investing in single family housing or real estate, five of which were partnerships in which he was directly responsible for the syndication function. Mr. Bono's experience included managing of all operational functions including investor relations, asset allocation, due diligence, asset acquisition, asset disposition, distributions to partners, financial statement preparation, and preparation and filing of all state and federal tax returns. Mr. Bono holds a Master of Science in Finance and BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University. While not currently active, he is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas.

![]() | Patrick Vedra Mr. Vedra has over 17 years of diversified experience in real estate, leadership, finance and strategy at a number of well known organizations. He began his professional life as a Naval Flight Officer, flying the F‐14 Tomcat. After finishing business school, he served in global strategy and planning for General Motors, before joining Pulte Homes and immersing himself in all aspects of homebuilding. There he enjoyed experience in multiple markets, becoming Vice President of Operations for the Dallas‐Fort Worth market, where he entitled, developed, and managed its first Del Webb branded active adult community. Prior to joining the General Partner he served as a senior executive with David Weekly Homes, one of the nation's largest privately‐owned homebuilders. Mr. Vedra holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance from the Kogod School of Business at American University.
